June 4 – 8 

Power up with Pokémon, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM ~ Learn how to draw and paint your favorite Pokémon characters, create a terrarium, a clay planter and more in this week of all things Pokémon! $165

Out of this World Art, 1:00 - 4:00 PM ~ Inspired by pictures and stories from outer space, create galaxy paintings, aliens and more! Work with a variety of materials, including clay, and learn specific methods for using each material while making unique 2D and 3D pieces. $165

June 11 – 15

Super Selfies, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM ~ Explore the world of self-portraits. Create both realistic and abstract portraits using a variety of materials including watercolors, oil pastels, clay, 3D Doodlers and more! $165

Colorful Collages, 1:00 - 4:00 PM ~ Play with color while using a variety of materials including clay, acrylics, cardboard, paper and more! Shape, balance, space and unity will be taught and discussed while creating mixed media collages. $165

June 18 – 22

Famous Fidos, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM ~ Explore how furry canine friends have been depicted throughout time and the artists who created them. You will use a variety of art materials including oil pastels, watercolors and clay while exploring this theme.  One of your pieces will be selected to hang on display at The American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog in Queeny Park. You will also have the opportunity to meet and interact with dogs from Love on a Leash! $165

Dynamic Drawings, 1:00 - 4:00 PM ~ Draw the week away while experimenting with different materials including charcoal, chalk pastels, oil pastels and more. Learn a variety of drawing techniques and improve your drawing skills while creating both realistic and abstract pieces. $165

June 25 – 29

Lego Mania, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM ~ Create art made with and inspired by these colorful bricks! From Lego figure drawings to brick printing to actual Lego relief portraits, you will find creative ways to fuel your love of building with Legos into works of art.  $165

Medieval Masterpieces, 1:00 - 4:00 PM ~ Let your imagination take you on a journey to a distant time. Sculpt castles, draw and paint mysterious landscapes and build dragons inspired by fairy tales and mythical places. Use a variety of materials throughout the week including acrylics, oil pastels, and clay. $165

July 2, 3 and 6, 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Wheel Throwing ~ Are you ready to get your hands dirty? Patience and a high tolerance for messy hands is a must for learning this fun way to create pottery. Learn the basic steps for creating bowls on the pottery wheel. Due to the drying time involved, you will work 2 days on the pottery wheel and then spend the last day of class glazing your pieces.  $100

July 9 – 13

Nature Inspired, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM ~ Create both 2D and 3D pieces of art inspired by the great outdoors while learning drawing, painting and basic clay hand-building techniques. Natural materials like leaves and sticks will also be incorporated into some of the pieces. $165

Fun with Fibers, 1:00 - 4:00 PM ~ Create sock monsters, weavings, tie dye shirts and more using a variety of materials while learning different cutting and sewing techniques! $165

July 16 – 20

Sculpture Fun!  9:30 AM - 12:30 PM ~ Build your way through the week while learning a variety of sculpture techniques. Designed to introduce you to the world of sculpture and an opportunity to experiment with a wide variety of materials such as wire, plaster, wood, and clay. $165

Actors and Artists, 1:00 - 4:00 PM ~ Combine two art forms into one creative experience! Become an actor performing short skits and create art work that coincides with the performance. $165

July 23-27

Wild About Art , 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM~ Take an imaginary trip to the jungle, rainforest and more through stories and pictures to learn about animals large and small.  Create your own animals while learning basic drawing, painting and clay hand building techniques. You will also enjoy a live show of reptiles and amphibians presented by Steve and Deb Teson.  $165 ~ FULL

Art from Around the World , 1:00 - 4:00 PM~ Take a trip around the globe as we explore art from different cultures around the world. Learn basic characteristics of artwork created in specific regions and then recreate your own interpretation of these works. You will create both 2D and 3D pieces using watercolors, oil pastels, clay and more. $165

July 30 - August 3

Underwater Adventures, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM~ Come explore the world under the ocean as we make artwork inspired by majestic sea life and sunken treasures created using a variety of materials including watercolor, oil pastels, clay and more! $165

Meet the Masters, 1:00 - 4:00 PM ~ Take a walk through the 20th Century and study some of the most influential artists of that time, including Mark Rothko, Andy Warhol, and Henry Moore. Create drawings, paintings and clay sculptures inspired by these artists. $165

August 6 – 10

Music and Mud , 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM~ Learn about a variety of percussion instruments from Papa Wright to create rhythm & sound effects through story telling & puppetry. Then create instruments out of clay including shakers, whistles & drums. $175

Magnificent Mosaics, 1:00 - 4:00 PM ~ Learn the basic techniques, tools and materials used to create colorful mosaics while creating a variety of mosaics on picture frames, concrete and more! $165
